Stephanie is also certified in Precision Nutrition, level 1 and can formulate a plan for recovery from food addiction, building strength and muscle, losing fat, or healing ails. Food is powerful and it can provide both disease and cure. Stephanie can help you sift out the differences and customize a plan just for you.
